Resuscitation Performance

What is this course?
This is a two day interactive workshop course designed to explore the effects of high pressure on resuscitation team performance.
During the two days we will discuss tools and techniques to own the pressure as an individual and as a resuscitation team.
We will cover communication, cooperative teamwork, mental rehearsal, drilling, debriefing, equipment management, rally points and cognitive aids. Following this course you will be better equipped to perform in high pressure, high stakes situations and deliver more effective training for those working under pressure.

Professionals involved in training and delivering patient resuscitation.
Training delivery
This is a two day face to face workshop based course. We will have around 20 small group and full group discussions and exercises exploring individual and team performance in high pressure situations.
