Stephen regularly provides expert evidence relating to emergency medicine and pre-hospital care. Since 2012, he has provided opinions in over 300 cases of:

Stephen has completed Bond Solon and Inspire Medlaw training courses in expert report writing and giving evidence in court.
Stephen regularly receives instructions from the General Medical Council, NHS Scotland’s Central Legal Office, The Medical and Dental Defence Union, the Procurator Fiscal and pursuers’ solicitors. He is also an advisor in emergency medicine and prehospital care to the Scottish Public Service Ombudsman.
Stephen contributes to solicitor training on Central Law Training clinical negligence courses.
