Our latest performance training development. This is an online workshop course focussed solely on the challenges and solutions of communication in high pressure, high stakes situations.
What is this course?
This is a one day interactive workshop course designed to explore the effects of high pressure on our ability to communicate, delegate and decision make.
During the workshop we will discuss practical tools to develop shared mental models and collaborative decision making.
The course will include:
Shared mental models
Command gradients and flattened heirarchies
Leader vulnerability
Rally points
Closed loop communication
Serial position effect
Implicit v explicit communication
Focussed attention
Graded assertiveness
Briefing skills
Who is this course for?
Professionals involved in high pressure situations where optimal performance is essential. We aim for a mix of high performance professionals.
Previous courses have had health care professionals, police officers, firefighters, vets, pilots, search and rescue team members and military personnel
Training delivery
This is an online, interactive workshop course combining short presentations, small group discussions and performance infographics.
