Prehospital practitioners care for critically ill and injured patients in extremely high pressure situations. As well as their medical knowledge and skills, paramedics, EMTs, nurses and prehospital doctors require a thorough knowledge of human factors and the tools to own the pressure and optimise their performance.
Team Courses
The Prehospital Performance Course is available as a group course for ambulance services, HEMS and prehospital teams.
What’s involved?
Prehospital Performance is a one day face to face course. Each event is limited to 18 participants to maximise debate and sharing of experience. The focus is 100% on small group work, discussion and development of the principles of the owning the pressure model when applied to prehospital care. We will be working in teams of six.
Participants will be supplied with a copy of the peak performance book and access to the online performance course prior to joining the course.

This course is aimed at all health care professionals involved in prehospital care. This includes paramedics, EMTs, military medics, nurses and doctors. The course is invaluable to practitioners of all experience levels.
